Suttle and King, an award winning firm, has had a busy first year. The team recently celebrated with cake and balloons while reminiscing on our year.
Let’s talk travel. Suttle and King thinks travel is an important part of our culture. Travel gives us the opportunity to get out of our comfort zone and network with other top performers in the industry. Over the past year we have traveled to LA, Nashville, Cancun, Brazil, Miami, Malibu, Chicago, and Austin. We had some time to rest and relax while having the ability to learn new strategies. Meetings consisted of discussions on expansion, training, improving on-boarding processes, results, and client targets.
Over the past year, our team has grown tremendously. We have opened a new location in Philadelphia and promoted three Assistant Managers. These promotions will only further our expansion goals across the U.S. By the end of the year, we plan to have two more locations.
In year two, we already have other trips planned to Dallas, TX and somewhere tropical (stay tuned to see where). We plan to double in size once again, all while exceeding client expectations and targets with integrity.
